You don’t have to make the Olympic Development Program or other such organization to continue and play on a college team. There are a lot of kids playing college soccer who were simply solid players in high school and/or club soccer.

The first priority must be finding colleges which will provide you, the player, with the education you want and need.

If you are good enough to play soccer on a premier level cup team, you can probably find a college soccer program where you can play.
